When you shop at Nette Design
I would like to make it a good and safe experience. I put customer service as my top priority and make every effort to ensure that you get a good service.
If you have any questions about the jewellery, or any doubts about the size or colour, I can provide you with additional details as well as pictures thereof by email. Should you reside nearby, you are welcome to make an appointment to visit the workshop to see the jewellery.
If the delivery time of the particular piece is not shown, it is due to the need to order parts for the design, which can be delivered to me within 1-2 working days.
If I am unable to fulfil your order as required, I will contact you for further discussion of the matter.
Enquiries will generally be replied to within 24 hours of receipt.
Telephone availability
I can usually be reached between 10am - 4 pm Monday – Friday. If you are unable to reach me, please leave your message on the answering machine.
Orders and Payment
Credit Cards and Debit Cards via Paypal. Paypal membership is free and is open to everyone. You may choose to pay via Paypal even if you do not yet have an account. You will be sent details on how to join once you have ordered from us. All other forms of Paypal payment also accepted.
Once your payment has been registered, I will send the goods to you. (If the payment is registered before 2pm, the goods will be sent the very same day).
The amount will not be deducted from your account until the goods have been shipped.
Should you reside nearby, you are welcome to collect your goods upon appointment.
It’s as simple as it gets.
Prices and shipment
All prices are current prices and apply solely for the day of the order. The prices shown are in Euro (EUR) and include VAT. The goods are sent as a letter or postal package with Post Denmark. If the shipment is inside Denmark, the fee is DKK 25.00 and will be for your account.
For shipment outside of Denmark, the shipping fee will appear upon your entering your address prior to your order being send.
Right to a cooling-off period
Should you regret your purchase, you will have 14 days from the date of your receipt of the goods to return these in the same condition in which you received them. Once the goods are received and approved by me, your payment will be returned to you in full. However, the shipping fee will be for your account.
If you have paid via a bank transfer, please ensure that you provide me with the invoice number and the bank account details.
Jewellery created after your specifications or according to particular designs are non-refundable. However, it is possible to cancel your order prior to the start of my producing the work.

Damages and other complaints
If the goods are damaged during shipment, or if you have a complaint, please contact me immediately by telephone or email.
All goods are protected by Danish law which states that damaged and/or erroneous goods can be returned up to 24 months following receipt thereof. However, you must make your complaint within a reasonable period of time noticing the damage or error. If a complaint is justified and proven, I will refund the cost of returning the goods, within reason.
Purchasers’ Personal Information
A statistical log system is used on the site which allows the gathering of information to provide statistical details of the number of visitors on the site, where they come from, etc.
These details are gathered solely for the purpose of making the website and its functions better in order to improve it for the visitors’ navigation.

In order for you to make a purchase from Nette Design, you must have to provide the following personal details:
I register these details only to provide the goods to you and to send you newsletters should have so requested.
Personal details are registered with me and are stored for 5 years (according to the Danish bookkeeping and accountancy laws), after which all personal information will be destroyed.
Only I have access to the information concerning you.
I store these details and do not provide them to customer service administrations.
Details provided to me, none of which none are personally sensitive, are neither given nor sold to any third parties.
According to Danish law, you reserve the right to object to the registration of your details or to restrict the details that are registered. Please direct any enquiries in this regard to me.
